All garments are subject to stock availability. We endeavour to despatch garments as soon as possible after the order is accepted, but allow 7-10 days for delivery. We will take every reasonable step to contact you, in the event of a delay in delivery.

Due to the variety of designs and colours available, all our products are printed to order, we do not hold large stocks, therefore, please advise us if you have a deadline or require express delivery, quotations are available on request.

Returns and Refunds
Please contact us before returning any item, unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Return address and reference will be provided.

Design changes or special colour requests for orders.
Customised or personalised items ie. design changes may not be returned unless damaged in transit or faulty.

We will accept standard orders returned un-worn garments within 7 days of delivery, and refund the full purchase price within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:

• Garments must be returned in original condition and where possible with the original packaging, or packaged in such a manner as to preserve the original condition of the garment. Therefore, garments must be un-worn, unwashed, and in re-marketable condition.
• The order number is clearly displayed on the exterior packaging.

We are happy to offer an exchange of standard designs on T-shirts for incorrect size. Your statutory rights are not affected.
